Been training on and off with Gary for probably over 10 years now, but the new package he has for 3 months has been a game changer. The first couple months I felt as though the strength was coming, but the weight wasn’t really moving, but since then it has steadily dropped. It’s been a real change in mindset that the scales aren’t the biggest factor. I’m stronger now than I ever have been and the best bit is I know it’s sustainable going forward. Clothes are fitting different and I have much more confidence. There’s constant communication with Gary, and I can give real time feedback on how sessions went and also help on the food front. It’s not a diet- this is a long term mindset change!
